Planning
We study the national scenario, organize this knowledge and identify several needs in which we can help. We structure presentations, materials and procedures to explain, publicize and implement our project.
Connection with partners
Having defined the plan, we expanded our contacts, attracting collaborators, creating and maturing a network of partners who provide assistance and support for the association.
Legal structuring
With our planning and partners defined, we formalized the association and obtained our CNPJ. These were the first steps in a journey of regularization that will culminate in the authorization, judicial or administrative, for the association to be able to promote medicines extracted from the Cannabis Sativa plant to its members.
Fund-raising
The moment we met. The project is already designed, budgeted and has the support of a professional consultancy and great friends from the Brazilian community linked to Cannabis. Right now we need you, who want to start giving your support but don't have much time or are simply an enthusiast of the cause!
Development
Once we have the start-up capital for the project (Capex), we will begin the process of implementing and developing the association's structures. This entire process will be documented for the purposes of transparency and dissemination of the project.

Once the structuring is complete, we will have 100% of the operation established. With that, we move on to the process of measuring processes and constantly optimizing the association's operations.
